Windsor Mill

While at  Blue Ocean Enterprises, oversaw the negotiation, purchase of dilapidated building, entitlements, finalized a $3.7m incentive package from Windsor, programming, design, construction and redevelopment of an 1890’s grainery. Original building was destroyed by the Windsor Tornado in 2008. Building sat mostly vacant until purchased by Blue Ocean in 2016. The 30,000 s.f. project was nearing 85% complete when it was struck by arson in 2017. Building was redesigned to 28,000 s.f and reconstructed.  Now home to The Windsor Mill Tavern, Cacciatore Italian Restaurant, Peculiar Ales Brewery and a wedding venue coming in 2020.
