Steve has over 24 years of experience in planning, entitlements and construction
associated with real estate development. He has been extremely fortunate to learn, collaborate and work alongside some very talented developers in the Front Range of Northern Colorado.

 

Steve’s experience includes the planning and development of a wide variety of commercial buildings, residential master planned communities, resort developments, water and oil and gas management, and the acquisition of countless properties.

 

Projects have been as small as 2,500 s.f. commercial remodels to much larger developments consisting of thousands of acres. Steve prides himself on being honest and fair, equipped with the experience to manage a project from start to finish.
