Blue Federal Credit Union HQ

Owner's representative for Blue Federal Credit Union to aid in the construction a new head quarters facility.  Engaged in due diligence, consultant selection, property acquisition, substantial environmental remediation, demolition of an existing 8 acre grocery anchored center, planning, entitlements, City Development Agreement and construction. 

Office area will be situated on 3 floors along with large training wing above a large conference/gathering area.  This gathering area was specifically designed to host community events.  The commercial area is planned to accomodate a bank branch with drive up, retail and restaurant spaces.  Under construction, on schedule for November 2020 deliver and opening.
