Numerica Corp. HQ

Represented Numerica Corporation in locating, analyzing and selection of property for their new HQ.  Proceeded with full due diligence, concept planning, financial modeling and preliminary bidding with general contractors.  Project was feasible however, Numerica chose to expand into Colorado Springs and to remodel their current space here in Fort Collins.
