360 Linden / Old Elk Distillery

While at Blue Ocean, negotiate, acquire and purchase of nearly 2 acres of property in the Old Town Fort Collins River District.  Worked with Old Elk Distilleries to program, design a restaurant, tasting room and world class
production distillery.  Plans have changed and the project is on hold.
