The Steam Plant

While at Blue Ocean, engaged in due diligence, consultant selection, contract negotiation, of the old steam plant building in Cheyenne, WY.  The project involved plans to renovate the existing building and add an additional 40,000 s..f of class A office for Blue Federal Credit Union.  Upon the generation of a complete set of Design Development drawings, conceptual bidding of the project with general contractors, the project was not economically viable and Blue Ocean canceled the contract on the property.
